Aria Rooftop opening and Weather conditions

Please be aware that our rooftop is located on the 6th floor outdoors, and we cannot guarantee its availability in case of unsuitable weather. In such cases, your reservation will be automatically canceled without any penalty under our cancellation policy. Should it rain, we kindly ask you to contact us at +39 3312948001 to confirm your reservation.

Tables Availibility

Please note that we cannot guarantee a table with a direct view of the Duomo at the time of booking. For parties larger than 3 people, we are unable to accommodate them in the first two rows of tables with a direct view of the Duomo.

Delays and Booking timings 

If you are delayed by more than 20 minutes, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and a €25 charge will be applied to the card provided. Please also note that the time slot for our Rooftop is limited to a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Changes and Booking cancellations

You can cancel or modify your reservation (subject to availability) up to 12 hours in advance without any charges. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a €25 fee per person.

Allerigies and Special Request

When making your reservation, we would greatly appreciate it if you could inform us of any allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or special requests so that we can tailor your experience accordingly.
