In the elegant setting of the Hotel Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi, led by Chef Iside De Cesare, three new gastronomic landmarks have emerged in the heart of Florence: a fine dining restaurant for evening indulgence, a bistro with an inner garden open throughout the day, and a panoramic terrace offering breathtaking views of the entire city.
In our winery, we host food and wine experiences to showcase the authentic flavors of Tuscany and Italian cuisine. EVO TASTING with a tasting of 5 different types of extra virgin olive oil, WINE TASTING with a tasting of 6 glasses of Tuscan wine accompanied by dry snacks, and finally the COOKING CLASS, where you can participate in a homemade pasta workshop with chef Iside De Cesare.
Every month, events are organized in the three outlets and in the Renaissance halls of Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi, open not only to customers but to the general public as well. From Brunello and Brunelleschi, with red wine and gourmet treats enjoyed in front of the Duomo on the rooftop, to Tuscan Flavors, featuring a special tasting menu of Tuscan cuisine to savor for lunch or dinner in our bistro.
